Chinese Spacecraft Out of Control
China’s Shenzhou 16 was returning 3 astronauts to Earth (Oct 2023) after a stay on Tiangong, unfortunately during landing it had too much horizontal velocity and after touchdown it rolled violently spinning the crew inside.
