The Future of Space Travel – Boeing

Boeing is known for making airplanes, both commercial and fighter, but they actually have a long history in space. They’ve been a contractor for NASA on every manned space mission ever flown. A new shuttle will soon take flight, but NASA won’t be making it, private companies will. Nasa has a competition out for private companies to provide the next generation of space transportation. Boeing hopes that the craft to carry humans back and forth to the International Space Station will be their “CST-100” capsule design.
