Meet ‘Oumuamua’, the First Asteroid from Another Star

Using the Pan-STARRS1 telescope in Hawaii, scientists have detected an asteroid from another star on October 19 this year. After the interstellar asteroid made the closest fly by the Sun, they were able to observe this strange icy rock.
