Scientists Found a New Type of Black Holes

A team of astronomers from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics has found a new type of black holes – the one of the middle size. Namely, they have observed the star cluster 47 Tucanae that lies about 13,000 light-years away from our planet. In its center, they have discovered a black hole of 2,200 solar masses.
