Scientists Found Star System in Our Neighborhood Resembling Early Solar System

Using data gathered by the Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy aircraft, scientists have discovered a young star system with a protoplanetary disk similar to early solar system. Namely, they have found that the disk structure contains two areas resembling two belts in our solar system – asteroid belt and Kuiper belt.
